The mission of Platinum Healthcare Services is to provide support to adults (male & female) with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

Our mission is to provide Residential Services targeted to the characteristics and needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental dissabilities, to enhance and support the abilities of our residents to be integrated into, and participate in community life. 

PHS recognizes that all persons can be contributing and valued members of their communities and demonstrates an appreciation and respect for each individual resident.  As such, PHS understands its role as an agency partnering with individuals, and those involved in their lives, to provide support and assistance in reaching their desired goals.      

Our Purpose and Philosophy:

• Address and assess individual needs and interests with the goal of developing a plan to implement individualized/customized care and support.
  

• Improve resident’s ability to address activities of daily living and maximize quality of each individual’s life through personalized training and habilitation.
  

• Ensure safety and security of all residents through the recruitment and training of thoughtful, caring and respectful staff who reflect the mission of PHS.
  

• Provide ongoing activities for all residents in order to maximize opportunities for residents to interact with other individuals within the home and to participate in community activities.
  

• Provide quality services, which meet and/or exceed standards established by local, state and federal regulations.
